No, a bit of belt tightening has taught us to get the most for our money, and marketing investment is no exception.

So what if you’re a business trying to break out but you still don’t have a dime to spare? No worries. Find a hungry comedy troupe. Grab a digital video camera, fire up your favorite video editing software, and whip out a low-cost/no-cost homemade commercial.

It worked for these guys. Rojo, a Latin/American restaurant in Birmingham, gave the wacky kids at Vacant Manifesto two weeks and no money to get it done. What can zero dinero buy? Apparently, brilliance.
