As an essential member of the team, this person will play a critical role in supporting new projects and ongoing client work. The ideal candidate should have a portfolio that displays modern, professional website design skills, as well as a strong understanding of layout, typography, and UI/UX fundamentals. Experience in brand development and graphic design are assets in this creative, fast-paced, hands-on agency role.
This person should be passionate about design, excited to grow their skills, and a master at collaborating with internal teams and clients.

The technical skills matter:
- Adobe Creative Suite – Web design in XD a big plus (or similar – ie. Figma)
- Familiarity with a range of web technologies that empower design (AJAX, CSS, HTML, JavaScript)
- Excellent foundation of layout, fonts, and design fundamentals
Requirements you should have:
- 8+ years experience in website design
- Creative agency/team experience
